Frequently Asked Questions

We ask that guests check-in between 4:30pm and 8pm.

If you require an earlier or later check-in time then please contact us before your day of arrival.

You must check-in before 8PM.

Once you have checked in you will be given a room key and hotel front door key so you can go out and return to the hotel at any time of the day/night.

Our standard checkout time is before 10:30am. If you require a later checkout time please speak to us on arrival.

Free parking is available for all guests, without making a booking.

On arrival please park on the road immediately outside the hotel. During check-in we will allocate you an off road parking spot. There is plenty of additional free unrestricted parking on the road outside the hotel.

We do not have a restaurant, nor do we provide room service.

You are welcome to order food delivery from JustEat or Uber Eats who both deliver to our location.

There are a selection of restaurants open in Romsey Town centre, including:

Prezzo (Italian), Natraj (Indian), La Parisienne (French), South Garden (Chinese)

We do not have a bar or any alcholic drinks service. You may bring your own alcohol or order alcohol/drinks delivery from our local Co-op via Just Eat. You can chill drinks in the mini-fridge provided.

Romsey Town centre is 1 mile away, this is 20 minute canalside walk or a 4 minute drive.

We are a small hotel and offer only limited business services:
- Free Wifi
- USB charging ports
- Printing (low volume) on request
- Loan of webcam for Zoom (deposit required)
- Post office is 1 mile away in Romsey

We do not guarantee that a laundry service will be available.

However, we will try to assist if you have a special request, please discuss with us before arrival or on check-in.

No, we do not allow children.

Each room can accommodate 1 or 2 adults.

We do not allow pets.

If you have a service dog please contact us before booking so that we can understand your requirements and provide assistance.

We do not allow partying.
Out of respect for your fellow guests and our neighbours please refrain from excessive behaviour or noise.

We do not allow drugs.
Do not bring any illegal substances to our property.

Consume alcohol in moderation.
We do not serve alcohol. You are welcome to bring your own alcohol to consume on the premises in moderation. We provide an in room mini-fridge for you to cool drinks.
